Mr. Rowles' real estate experience began at the age of eighteen as a licensed salesperson working in commercial real estate sales and leasing.  This early exposure led to a college degree in Urban & Regional Studies with a Business concentration.

Mr. Rowles obtained his Minnesota real estate broker's license in 1996, Nevada real estate broker's license in 1998, and California manufactured home dealers license in 2002.

In his spare time, Mr. Rowles enjoys attending personal growth/self-improvement seminars.  As an active member of his community, he was chairman of the Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club fundraiser when they raised over $60,000 (including matching grants) and has also served as President of the Tahoe Douglas Rotary Club.
