Another exciting project currently under development is a cluster of 15 cottages at beautiful Lake Tahoe. Located in South Lake Tahoe at the base of Heavenly Ski Resort, the new cottages are close to everything. Skiing, snowshoeing, shopping, dining & gaming in the winter, and boating, hiking, swimming, shopping, dining & gaming in the summer.

Each of the 15 new homes are 1440 square feet of living space with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage.
